The flights.
The take off point is at Col de la Forclaz located above Lake Annecy at altitude 1250 m. Your instructor brings you from your meeting point to the take off point. There, he prepares the glider and you with equipment and instructions for the take off in tandem in just a few steps.
Once in the air he will inform you how to sit comfortably in the harness and take the best advantage of the unique and super panorama of the lake and the surrounding mountains. At last you will understand why the birds sing.
The paraglider soars without any noise, meaning you will be able to speak normally with your instructor. He will be delighted to further explain the flight and if you should desire to take control. You will be surprised to see how easy it is, naturally following his advice.
During the flight the instructor will take your photo and video with a back drop that will take your breath away. You can see them after your flight and they will be available to purchase.
The landing, even easier than the take off, takes place as a floating descent into a large prairie, which is in Doussard at the end of the lake.

It's really easy to do, without previous experience, everybody, whether child or adult, can experience paragliding. You discover paragliding as a "baptism in flight" by doing a tandem flight with a certified professional instructor.
To fly in a group.
Your instructor can organise a team of tandem flyers if you wish to fly as a couple or a group. We each take off with an instructor several seconds apart.
Gift certificate.
For a party, a birthday, a bachelor or a bachelorette party, etc... if you would like to offer an unforgettable experience to someone special, simply mail a cheque for the flight to our address : Laurent Sauphanor 36 Avenue de Chambéry, 74000 Annecy France, to the order of Laurent Sauphanor. Sent to you by return post will be a " Bon pour un vol en parapente" ( gift certificate). It's valid for one year. The gift receiver will simply call us to arrange the flight at their convenience.
Reservations.
To reserve your flight please call +33 (0)6 82 19 63 61.
Please note there is no obligation with the reservation, because you pay when you fly. If the weather is unfavorable you have lost nothing.
However with groups we request a 20% deposit which in case of cancellation due to bad weather will be entirely reimbursed.
The price.
The price for a flight, mandatory insurance included, is 85 Euros ( 75 for children under the age of 10 ) for our discovery flight (about 20, 30 minutes) and 120 for a longer flight (at least 45 minutes) .
